Beep Beep i stole my jeep...well not really but the deal i was given made it feel like it. Big thanks to Sarah "quick draw"Donnan at quickly meeting my requests to complete the deal i wanted for my new vehicle. As well as going beyond expected and required service of sales. A big thank you for gifts of the deal... the glasses will be my new favourite highball glasses.. Another thank you you to Evan "smiling pickpocket"(in a positive way of course) Nikolaj in finance for taking the time and walking me through the numbers of the deal and showing me the value of the extended packages he has to offer behind the scenes of the main deal . An honorable mention to Jay" The Eye of Sauron " Vantol for welcoming me back and overseeing my deal and making me feel valued as a returning customer should.. Looking for a new ride stop by st albert dodge and talk to Sarah im positive she will be able to assist you in your new purchase. Had an awesome experience at St Albert Dodge buying my mew vehicle. Ryan who is a brand new sales man to the industry who just started and never sold a vehicle before was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to get to know you and wasn't all about pushing the sale, Anton who came in to help finalize the sale. Both gentlemen took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed and got us our deal we wanted quickly. Evan the Finance Guru took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything fully and didn't continuously push to upsell all the additional packages. Everyone was a delight to deal with and made you feel welcome and didn't make you feel pressured into anything. I definitely would recommend this dealership if your looking for new vehicle and will be going back for future purchases

I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep Hubert handled me very well, Thank you for answering all my questions with honesty. I am so happy with the car I purchased ,Hubert was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Glenn the service advisor and Steve from parts were both amazingly helpful and knowledgeable on anything I asked. Great staff everyone was smiling and friendly best thing to see at a business. I will be going out of my way for this dealership 🙂
