Called in to the service department last night at 5:30pm when we were en route to Fort McMurray and ran into a problem with our truck in Athabasca. Glenn got us in this morning at 7:30 and back on the road at 5:30pm. Thank you all for getting us back on the road! Your awesome service is much appreciated!!

Stephen Lam went over and beyond above to sell me a 2022 Ram 1500 sport, that I wrote my first ever review. He will definitely be the first one I go to now for vehicle purchase's. Have to thank Evan as well I wanted to update my review. I want to change my rating because buying the vehicle is the first step. The second is the service afterwards and I have been trying to get my paint protection film repaired on warranty and now no one will even contact me. I've been trying to fix this problem for around a year now. The PPF has a lifetime warranty I might add. In my mind service after buying a vehicle is more important than the initial sale and the service has been horrible.

I need to say a HUGE thank you to Mark Maguire. When we met years ago, I had a goal, because of my circumstances, I couldn’t reach that goal at the time. We have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Our salesman Mark was great about finding us exactly what we wanted, he went above and beyond what was expected and was in constant contact with us through out the process. The finance department made things super easy and everything was explained to us perfectly. This is the third vehicle that we have bought through Mark and we will go back to him for a fourth when needed!! 5 star service !!!

I was sold on an F-150 and went in to Ram as a favor to my friend. Shannon made me such an amazing deal that I bought a truck from him the same evening. I still can't believe the features and options that I got in my ram for the same price that I was ready to pay at Ford. Thanks Shannon!
