I had a great experience dealing with empire for the second time now. all questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. it was a very free atmosphere with no pressure. I was very pleased and will be dealing with them again in the future

Bought my first car through Empire. The process was made quite convenient in my favor which was awesome. Nora even went out of her way for me which was cool and Kareem worked to get me as good as a deal as possible. All in all, they are great people that work with you to get you what you want!

I was helped out by Kareem and my experience was very pleasant.... at first. He was helpful in hearing me out with the type of vehicle I wanted and managed to work it out. Once I e-signed the documents it became a huge joke! Was told I’d receive the vehicle a week from signing (March 31st) I ended up waiting a total of 12 days instead of 7! Come “delivery day” Was told I had to wait an extra day due to it being sent in for tinting (did not show up tinted) then I was told it got sent out to a different customer by accident! 6 hours away from me! When the vehicle showed up (April 12th) there was no paper copy of the document for me to sign so I had to wait for it to be mailed to me (received April 21st) then I had to pay an express delivery charge to send it back. Was also told I would receive compensation, my ownership slips, the second key, have the vehicle sent in for tinting somewhere near me also a new gas cap since I received a locking gas cap with no key for it (had to pop the lock) once they received the papers signed. (They received it April 28th) I have yet to receive ANYTHING as of June 1st!!! And to add insult to injury I was also sent a toll route bill from them delivering me the vehicle! If I can give you any word of advice DO NOT deal with them! They will make it sound all great until you sign! Horrible experience! Just awful! If you’ve read this far thank you and best of luck in your car search!

I usually don't post reviews but there is no way I couldn't. This place is top notch . When everyone else turned their backs on us . This place made it happen for our family . Nicole , Shawn and Claudio are literally the dream team. The best thing about this place is honestly they actually care more about credit building then locking in a deal . I will forever and always contiune my business here .

I received a phone call from someone a month ago asking me to come in and upgrade my car I bought from Mercedes london. I went to empire two weeks ago thinking I was going to sit down with someone to talk over options. I talked to a guy name Sam, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt as if he wasn’t speaking the truth about numbers. He kept changing things as he was speaking to my husband and myself. I asked him if we could speak to somebody else and waited there for an hour. No one helped us. Him and his co workers just stood there in the office and watched us wait for an hour and no one asked us if we needed help. My husband called empire to speak to someone about trucks and no one would answer his questions. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there and deal with anyone from empire. I ended up upgrading into a Lexus. It’s a good thing we walked out of that place. Sara

I am getting my first car and was new to the process of buying a car. I am beyond happy and grateful for Shawn and Nicole. They made the process easy and quick for me. They found a car that was perfect for me and my family and they put my mind at ease. They were patient and understanding, and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service they’ve provided for me. Because of them I have my first car and I didn’t think me getting a car right now was possible but they made it happen. I will recommend Shawn and Nicole to anyone!
