It was an extraordinary experience when we bought our truck last Friday! Special mention to Alex “The MARITIMER” for taking care of us he did an awesome job explaining everything and giving us options and providing all the things that we needed for a truck.. Also to Ryan and to Mr. Chad at the business department! We have many experiences dealing with other dealerships but SOUTH TRAIL CHRYSLER so far is the best in terms of experience and neatness of the building itself especially with the pandemic restrictions going on.. I will definitely purchase another unit from them in the next 5years 👍🏼

Dirty pool...Was trying to work a deal on a new vehicle. After making an offer the sales manager stated he needed till noon the next day. Found out after the fact he was playing my offer against another potential buyer. Would have preferred honesty up front. Why not just state that you had another interested party?? Terrible business etiquette. After this experience I signed a deal with Ford the next day, never again will I even consider dealing with Chrysler, especially South Trail

Hey Darren, we are sorry that we weren't able to come to an agreement. I spoke with your salesperson as well as the sales manager to understand what happened. I have read through your texts and communication and am a bit confused as to why we received a poor review. It is my understanding that we worked pretty hard to try and get you the most for your trade, even trying third party options. After presenting our absolute best offer you still wanted to think about it and did not want to secure the vehicle as of Friday evening. As this was our last truck with a few specific options it was quite popular and we have had many interested parties in the last week. At no point did we pit your offer against anyone else, you are right that would be bad etiquette. Instead we received an offer from another party who had actually inquired about the truck previous to you. Since the truck was not secured by you it was sold on Saturday. It is my understanding that you had a great relationship with your salesperson and he raved about how great you were to work with. We have been very pleased with Sasha patience and accommodations to me & my wife in helping my daughter to buy her first car. Even though it is a used Toyota Corolla hatchback the service provided by Sasha is like us buying a luxury new car. Many thanks Sasha. You are excellent in your work. keep it up!

Straight up.... Bought a Jeep from South trail. Everyone was more than happy to help when I was buying the vehicle. But the last 4 months have been Poor. So... I went to south trail for an oil change because the person on the phone said "Either make an appointment or show up (to their supposed drive through)" I came in for the drive thru. They then told me was a 2 hour wait on top of the oil change. I don't have time for that and I DONT want to be in a shuttle with COVID ramping up. So I then drove 35min home and took it as a "good to know" basis. I then called south trail and asked to make an appointment. The person who answered then told me "You dont make appointments you just show up"............. Choose a lane! Which one is it? What's more, I attempted to gain some insight about my service package for the second time and was firstly told that they supplied it with my folder (which they didn't hence the asking in the first place) Then I was ghosted. I then attempted AGAIN and was ghosted. Someone did randomly call me but didn't give me the information I was looking for. I felt shuffled through people like I was a problem no one wanted to deal with. BUT...... Its ok South Trail I spoke with Andy at Varsity for Maybe 3min. Lovely fellow. Polite, to the point and knowledgeable. I should have stuck with Varsity from the beginning. Lesson learned. In reference to your response. The oil change wasn’t the frustrating part. The trying to get information from you and being passed off from person to person and the fact that no one give me a straight answer. That was the frustrating part.

We are sorry you had a frustrating experience and we understand how you feel. Oil changes are in fact a first come first come first serve basis through our drive thru express lane. Unfortunately we sometimes are so busy that longer than normal wit times can occur. It is especially difficult during the pandemic to make sure that our technicians and customers are safely distancing and following health guidelines. Again we apologize for the miscommunication regarding appointments. We do however offer a pick up and drop off service for customers who do not want to visit in person or use our shuttle. I encourage you to contact service and utilize this resource for your future service needs.

Excellent, hassle free experience! Our salesman Alex "Maritimer" Gillis was friendly, very up front and worked very hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted. Would highly recommend South Trail Chrysler and Alex for your next vehicle purchasing experience!

Gerard was a great salesperson to work with and the whole staff were all very helpful with the entire process. From when I walked in not knowing what truck we wanted to walking out with the keys to our truck, everyone at South Trail was great!

The work involved installing a set of mud flaps and re-torquing the wheel nuts. A one hour job at the most. Took two hours. On getting back into the vehicle, I found that the seat had not only been moved back but the seat back angle had been moved as well. This was all necessary to move the car 100 feet. This person must have been seven feet tall! After much fiddling, it still doesn't seem right. No need for this. Very annoying. The job itself was well done as usual.
