Dropped my vehicle off without an appointment for an oil change, and the service was excpetional from the time i dropped off to the time i picked up. My service advisor gave me an estimated time of 2hrs before it would be ready, and he called about an hour and a half later to let me know it was ready. Upon pick up, my advisor and the ladies at the cash desk had everything ready for me. I appreciate the quick and effiecent service! Its the main reason why i always choose STC for all my service needs.

Had some work done on my truck and the service manager Phil went way above and beyond to get things resolved . This is the best dealership in my honest opinion . If you want top notch service then this is the dealership to use .

Went for an oil change today, and got that done at a very good time frame. The service advisor McKenzie is such a wonderful and helpful person to meet. She is always willing to listen and offer help whenever needed. We always want her to be the one to handle our needs whenever we are around.

Drove in for my first service on my new Jeep. There was a lot of staff sitting around. 1 person was helping a customer, one lady was on the phone. And then there were at least 3 other people sitting around on their phones. Me and another customer, who drove in after me stood around for a few minutes not being acknowledged - we drove in with vehicles so it wasn’t like we snuck in. Someone eventually approach the other customer who was further away, they had to pass me to get to him and put some plastic and paper in his car and give him an update/heads up but the 3 other men continued to sit around on their phones. Nothing special about the service. Wasn’t bad. Wasn’t good. Just didn’t like how there’s so many people on their phones and no one acknowledged us. If they can’t help us, a simple hello, so and so will get you checked in after xyz excuse...
