Broken Rad

At approximately 50km I smelt antifreeze. The service dept found no problem. At my last service before expiration of factory warranty I didnt mention antifreeze as I trusted that it was all good. At 68k I found a leak on rad and a strong smell. I was advised by Trevor in service that these rads were faulty and a known problem. Service repaired my rad at a reduced rate. I feel because the leak had grown over time and the rads were a known problem jeep should have fixed this for free. I also believe any repairs over $100 a car wash should be complementary. Little things go a long way

I have always said AMAZING things about this dealership, but I just realized I never left a review. I had them work on my vehicle a year ago, and my experience was so positive I still preach to others how great their customer service is!

Alex “The MARITIMER” Gillis is the best agent you will ever have! Had so many experiences before with different dealerships but with this guy, it was super awesome! He went above and beyond and super great to deal with, not pushy at all, and answered all our queries, and very patient with us! Not to mention the actual dealership building! Super neat specially with the pandemic restrictions, I can really say that they worked/working really hard and doing an awesome job following all the restrictions! I would definitely get another truck with Alex and with South Trail Chrysler in the next maybe 5 years ??
