Jenn is a fantastic service advisor. Very practical and pragmatic about what should be done or what can wait. Additionally, she has been an advisor long enough to know the more common issues.

Had some work done on my truck and the service manager Phil and Trevor went way above and beyond to get things resolved . This is the best dealership in my honest opinion . If you want top notch service then this is the dealership to use hands down .

South Trail service competed my Appt for oil change and mud flap fix in about 1 hour while I waited. Customer lounge had specialty coffee machine, entire area was very clean and chairs social distanced. Vehicle was washed m, sanitized and ready to go. Great experience one again.

The valve train should have been examined much sooner as i could not have given anymore info including a memory stick with sound and visuall recordings.as this engine has an obvious design floor !!! Big thanks to phil mitchell.
