It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated - every time!

Every time I come in to get an oil change, it ends up costing me hundreds of dollars because your mechanics always find something else. My car is a 2012 Buick Regal with only 40,000 km. on it now, but this has happened the last few times. Recently when my tires were rotated, the mechanic diagnosed a puncture in the tire and fixed it. Within 3 days I had a flat and called CAA. He could hardly get the flat off! He said that there was no way that tire was rotated or it would have come off easier. Needless to say, I did not come in to see about a new tire because I expected I'd be sold a whole set. It cost me less than $30. to fix it at Canadian Tire and they said I did not need any new tires. I feel like my 20 yrs. loyalty is being taken advantage of because I'm a senior woman.

Over many years now I have found my service experience to be truly excellent. I'm always treated well, welcomed and I know that my car is going to looked after. How I'm treated at Roy Nichols is how I would like to be treated everywhere. Outstanding Job!

I had my Equinox serviced for the first time - oil change & filter. Service was quick. It didn't take long at all. I had to return a few days later because the nut removal tool broke when my mechanic friend went to change my tires to snows. I got the part on warranty right away. Again it took very little time. I brought my vehicle in again to get the tire pressure sensors reset. Again, q=uick efficient service.
