I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Empire Auto group in December 2020. I would say it was the best experience I have had when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The process was very quick and smooth. Despite my fair credit score. I was still able to get a decent compact car that I've always dreamt of at a good price and unbeatable interest rate. I'm so grateful to Adams and Nick who dedicated their time in finding me this great deal. They were so professional my dealings with them. I recommend you guys to go check them out for you car purchases. I'm certain you won't regret it.

I was simply shocked at the level of service and detail put into getting my sale done. This time around went without a hitch. Also had new tires put on and scratches buffed out. My truck simply looks amazing! Arlene simply went above and beyond to ensure all was done right and that delivery was possible on a very tight schedule for my wife’s 40th birthday!! Hats off to ya!!

My experience with Empire auto west, started off a little weird, but Shawn and his associate quickly stepped in to ensure i was put in a vehicle that suited my needs and lower payments, i want to say thank you Shawnfor your hard work, dedication ans exceptional services, i am truly happy with the outcome and appericate you going out of your way to ensure i was getting a car i would be able to afford instead of just selling me a high end car with higher monthly payments that would have gotten me in hot water, Sean didnt want to just sell me a car he truly seems to love his job and is considerate to the clients financial situation. Not just about the sale of the day, but values his job and the his clients. I am trult happy and appreciate the compassion not many sales people care whether you can make the payments or not theyd rather sell you the most expensive item on the floor. He truly does his job with compassion, understanding and consideration before closing the deal. Thank you Shawn and Nora for your help....it was a pleasure purchasing from you guys.... Aryan

Helped me a lot to get a good vehicle. As new comer in canada it’s bit tough to get a car in finance.
