I bought a Jeep about 4 months ago from ST Albert Dodge and it wasn’t what i needed for work and needed a trade in. The people @St Albert Dodge helped out tremendously and gave me great value for my trade in and worked as fast as possible to give me exactly what I need. I would highly recommend dealing with the people @ST Albert Dodge for any customer looking for a new or used vehicle as I had 5 star service through the whole process.

Shane Osepchuk was awesome. From the moment I walked onto the lot Shane made the entire process of purchasing our new vehicle (Surprise Gift) absolutely painless. When shipping delays threatened the Christmas surprise, he was on it, providing updates daily on the vehicles arrival. On the finance side, Evan Nikolaj was fantastic, making sure I understood all associated costs and charges included in the total price of the vehicle, and when I didnt understand one he took the time to explain it before moving on. It was certainly a pleasure to deal with them both and I will definitely refer them to others.

This is the best place to deal with. My salesperson Mark went above and beyond for us. He’s there for you after the purchase and helps with everything he can. I will never buy off anyone but Mark M from now on. He not only got the vehicle we wanted bought in but provided amazing service. This place is dog friendly as well if you have your dog with you when you pick up the new vehicle or have your vehicle serviced.

My wife and I were looking for a new Grand Cherokee and Mike went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. He went through a lot of trouble to find us what was probably the last brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee Altitude in white in Alberta and he made the whole buying process easy, transparent and overall, a fun experience. In finance, we met with Evan, and he was so easy to work with. He got me a great approval and made sure he spent the time going over everything with me and got us on our way in our new Jeep quickly and painlessly. Definitely a great experience all around. I went into St. Albert Dodge on Boxing Day just looking for information and maybe a test drive, not convinced a Jeep Grand Cherokee was even in my price range. I drove off the lot the next day in a new Overland. Simon worked hard for my business and they were able to work a deal that fit my budget. Would definitely recommend.
