WOW! St Albert Dodge is amazing right from the time you start browsing in the lot! They know how to keep a customer happy and make you feel like an old friend. This is the best experience I’ve EVER had purchasing a new vehicle. You don’t get service like this anywhere else. The sales team, management and finance department work together to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. AND at the best possible price. I’ll never go anywhere else 😊, neither should you.

Just bought a new Grand Cherokee from Chad and it was such a great experience! He made the process enjoyable and just a great human!! Give him a shout if you’re thinking of getting a new car! Evan in finance is also a gem, he was super patient and helpful, and such a positive guy!! 5 stars for him too!!

Great service BEFORE buying your vehicle. We paid to have a few extra repairs on the car. They called us saying that the car was ready. When we got there, 3 items were missing/undone... apparently ordered but not received. Now it has been almost 2 months and complete radio silence from the dealership. I got in touch with them a few times and the answer is always the same “I will verify and get back to you” but they never do...

I’ve purchased my second vehicle with Simon and had another great experience. He’s made the process very straightforward and worked with me to get the best deal I could for my car. Great customer service, was able to narrow in on which car would suit me best for my needs and extra features that I wanted and made everything work. Hopefully will not be needing a new vehicle soon but def a customer for life

Just purchased our 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel GT from Shane Osepchuk at St. Albert Dodge, have to say it was a quick and smooth process! Got me what I wanted for my trade and into the truck I wanted, custom built to my liking with accessories and lift!! Excellent service, no wait time on any accessories and all work done in house! Don’t pass these guys up! Good selection of vehicles or they will find you what you want!!

After getting the run around from every Edmonton dealer(even as a repeat customer). I Called St.Albert Dodge looking for a hard to find truck. Met with Chad Davis, a quick and easy process. Chad got me beyond great value for my trade, and a better deal than any other Ram store. Found me the truck I wanted, helped me through the customization process with Adam Price in Parts and gave me a vehicle to use while I waited for mine. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I have recently purchased a 2022 1500 dodge ram from St Albert Dodge. Shane was my seller, pretty good. I then went to finance to go over options with Matt. He talked to me about warranty, that kind of thing. Couldn't take the truck the same day as it needed to have a few things put on. A few days later went to pick up my truck. Beautiful truck. As I went to get insurance which was 2 hours away, I don't recall Matt giving me my (folder) with Bill of sale, nvis, etc. I called and they sent it to my insurance. I got a copy of bill of sale and it blew my mind. I was paying almost $10,000 more than I had expected. Tried calling and texting Matt, no response. My anxiety kicked in, what am I going to do??? Are they doing this just cause I'm a women??? Finally called the manager and left a message telling him my concern. Matt never went through the bill of sale with me, nor did I understand it as there were alot different numbers on the bill of sale that we had talked about. Well they were on it minutes later. Yup I got a call, wrote down my side of the story . Well over 2 weeks later still haven't heard from anyone. I'm done playing their games, what are they hiding from me??? Still have not received my folder with all of the important papers in it. Well you can't play your games with this girl. I will be going to the people above you. Take care and have a wonderful day
