Although I have not bought a vehicle from Empire Auto Group yet because I've been dealing with some personal stuff of my own, Nora has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past few weeks. She has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Nora has been nothing but extremely professional and responsive and understandable and hasn't pushed me into anything I'm not comfortable with. I will be referring friends to her. She is such a lovely lady and I am happy to do business with her in the future.

I had a phone call from Empire Auto Group, the BDC Manager, Nora is the one who called me and suggested I should upgrade my vehicle into something newer with lower interest rate. Such a honest friendly lady - Sam is the best - Hesham was very helpful and Nazem was very understanding. The whole team is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Empire Auto Group and get your dream car from these guys. You won’t regret it. They will make it happen! I had such an amazing experience with them, they were all so nice and professional. I’m very happy with the experience. I will definitely come back in the future :).

Had really great service from Matt at Southdale/Empire Auto. He came to our house to make it easier with three kids and a busy work schedule. It was prompt with replies and knew what I wanted on the first try (twice now actually!). I have experienced buying two cars from Matt starting with a small car and now a large 7 seater to fit my growing family. I am grateful to know who to go to for any auto purchases. Rob and Matt were both great to talk too and work with. Highly recommended!
