Very friendly and efficient service

The staff in the service department are always very friendly and helpful. They have a courtesy car available if needed and I never wait long to get my Jeep serviced .

I've had quite a few interactions with people in the service department and I feel like my business was not important to them and my best interests were not theirs. Rather can having a can do attitude and looking for a way to resolve issues it has just been this is how it is so deal with it when I know other dealerships have tried much harder to keep me as a satisfied customer and to look for ways to resolve issues.

Dropped in to inquire about a service on our Jeep. Service department was able to accommodate us right away. Courtesy car provided. Bought some mud flaps and looked at wheels. Happy Campers. We are from Golden but will be back. We bragged you up to our Nephew who is a service manager at a Dodge dealership in Grand Prairie.

I recently had my 50,000 km checkup and tune-up. It was done while I waited (I like to do crosswords so it was not an issue having to wait). The service person I dealt with made frequent trips to the waiting room, updated me and asked if I needed any thing, e.g. coffee aor a newspaper.

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understood all requirements needed for importing my vehicle from the U.S. They were very accommodating in providing me with a loaner car while work was being done on my van to pass all requirements. Hats off to the whole crew for their help.
