Not very good.

The pressure was awful and the buyers remorse is still bothering me. I never had a chance to actually compare any other cars. The rep from Chrysler was there, I was told it is the end of the month. There was far too much hype. I have bought new cars in the past and I have never had these feelings. I never had a chance to "love" the car. I still don't.

was sold a used vehicle with a falty intake system.

the 2007 diesel engine has been recalled in europe but not in canada. the faulty turbo air intake tube should have been replaced befor I took possession. this problem is well known throughout the industery.

Fun buying experience!

Incomplete, unsatisfactory, and a little "pushy"

I was very close (We were within a $1000 of buying a $50000 plus truck) and I stated what I was willing to pay and did not get a response. In the mean time I have decided against upgrading my 2013 Ram. Based on who's I was offered as a trade value, it seems that Rams do not retain value and I will be better off driving it for a few years after payments are finished just to get some value out of it. Then I will look to buy a truck that does have some trade in value, likely a GMC.

They always look after me!

I purchased my Jeep from Vernon Dodge Jeep in 2003 and they have continued to look after it. My Jeep is 12 years old so I have had a lot of different thing serviced on it. I know they are a business and as such are there to make money but they never cease to look after me when I need with those extras and even going that extra mile to help when things were tough. The staff are friendly and are good at what they do. Thanks to all especially Ron in service.
