It was only a service, this time, but all was done correctly and all the usual items, brakes fluids, et all were checked as per usual. Staff great as always.

Had my 2013 Ram 1500 in for two recall notices - both were done in a reasonable time. awesome staff working in both the service end of it , but as well the parts guys and the Sales staff- especially Leif and Ken..

I had my Chrysler 200 in for seasonal maintenance and oil change, but told them the tires did not need to be rotated because I had recently had winter tires put on by Peter's Tirecraft. While I was out shopping someone from service called me and said my brake and transmission fluids should be flushed. He did not indicate an added cost and I assumed this would be done instead of rotating the tires. So I said ok. Then I was chatting with a friend who said not to have it done so I got back to the service department to ask them NOT to do it and it was already done. How they managed to drain ALL the fluids in such a short time span was a little suspicious. THEN I was told it was an extra $300!!!!! This was NOT in my budget, which is tight since I am a senior on pension income. The service manager knocked off about $60 but I am very disappointed in Vernon Dodge. I have always felt you treated me fairly and this felt like a betrayal. I will be questioning all future service suggestions in future because of this.

the folks at the service department were knowledgeable and quick to isolate an intermittent problem. the part needed was obtained efficiently and installed right away.

I received my van not clean on the inside. I was told it had everything but after all the paper work was said and done we as in one of the dealers go to hook up the Bluetooth and it was not available. I was pretty mad about that. The sticker in the window says needs to be serviced at 44,500 km it was almost that when I purchased it. I have called a few times and nobody seems to want to call be back. So now it is at the 44,500 I don't know if it needs to be serviced and if so I'm not paying for it. This is my 4th van that I have purchased from Vernon dodge and will probably be my last.

Oil change, warranty work. Recall work. The only thing that I did not like was being told that the rear axle oil was dirty on my truck. Varsity Chrysler, in Calgary did change the axle oil according to the service manual. Why would it be dirty already when it was changed at the required time. If it has to be done already, should that not be covered by service as it was done by them and should not need changing already? Thanks, Doug Bruce
