Purchasing a vehicle was actually a pleasant experience!

The whole team was very accommodating and professional in all aspects of our experience, from the initial test drive to negotiations & then completion of the sale we were treated with respect & made to feel that we were important. We especially appreciated Leif's affable approach, not at all overbearing or persistent just pleasant and ready to find us answers to any questions.

My boyfriend and I bought a jeep cherokee and absolutely loved the service.This was our first brand new vehicle purchase, Warren was our sales guy and helped us through everything. After the sale was said and done and we owned our vehicles and we came in for a couple more days following and warren still answered all of our questions. Everyone at vernon dodge is always so helpful and i would recommend getting a vehicle through here.

Paul was helpful

Paul was very helpful and was great at taking us thru this buying experience. He was very good at texting me back and answering all my questions. He worked hard at getting us what we wanted and working on our crazy time table. He was good at juggling both my husband and I as we couldn't always meet with him together. We love our jeep. This was my first time buying a vehicle and over all I would say the experience was a great one. Paul was a big part of this. The only thing I am still unsure about was Paul mentioned replacing the bumper it did not happen and I am not sure if that was forgotten or was just mentioned as a option we could have bought .... it just wasn't clear. Paul was great at setting up my phone to the stereo and taking the time to make sure I knew what was what and he also topped up the tank of Gas!!! Awesome! I love my Jeep!!! Thank you well done Paul! I would for sure recommend him to anyone! Ps love Paul's accent!!
