It was a great experience. I dropped my van off and I was able to get a ride to my workplace and they also came and picked me up. My van was ready quickly and before they said it would be done. Thanks.

Even though we did not purchase the truck there, the service department went above and beyond to accomodate us with the recalls and deficiences in the vehicle. This dealership has changed for the better!

As usual everyone is courteous and friendly. They fixed the recall for the ignition switch I my jeep. Took a little longer than they expected, but hey, things happen.

Great service however I thought they did a courtesy wash? Not done the last two times brought in for service Would it be because I never purchased my grand Cherokee from them? I think so

We took time to see what was available and Kam encouraged me to drive a few trucks that caught my fancy. It was hard to imagine not going with the new 2015 ram diesel . The deferred first payment, and no interest on top off the quality ride made it quite manageable to put the deal in place. With the help of the Vernon Dodge staff everything came together nicely so we tied up the deal. I can't imagine the procurement Going any other way.
