Everything was great my salesperson was fantastic as well as the business person. Only thing is it took a bit too long to have the vehicle detailed and cleaned. The windows were not cleaned inside very well at all.

Sales with Tim was excellent a few things I didn't expect buying from Dodge was to Have a windshield with 3 rock chips that I thought should have been replaced and to have tires that have more than one summer left on the tread. David Lancaster

Tim ensured issues with my vehicle were addressed. He dealt with my concerns regarding my vehicle after the sale as well. I really appreciated his help and felt he displayed excellent customer service.

Have nothing but good things to say about Vernon Dodge. -Had a recall on our 2003 Liberty, was on a waiting list for almost a year at both Kelowna dealerships, called Vernon and they had us in that day. -We just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroads from Kam Randhawa. He has been the most helpful and best salesman I have ever dealt with in the car industry. He listed to what we were looking for and after a few days we found the right vehicle for us. No pressure tactics, just helpfulness. -When we were financing it, our VIN wasn't identified properly so we weren't given the best interest rate as Dodge had a special deal at the time and Vernon Dodge redid all of the financing papers to get us the best rate (4.79% vs 3.49%), saved us $2300. -My wife's grandfather also had some retiree discount from working at Air Canada, we didn't know this till after the fact. Usually once a vehicle has been transferred you can't do it. I spoke with Kam about it and he and Dan (the GM) went above and beyond to get it done. We just got a check for $1700. All told, their attention to detail saved us $4000! -IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE GO SEE KAM AND THE GUYS AT VERNON DODGE!!!

Well Paul, Scott, Justin and some other random Dodge staff ignored me I walked the whole lot went inside looked around took pictures. Not one person acknowledged me. Usually it's smothering but really not even a hi????? Fail Vernon Dodge also you ignored another woman here on the lot were both not impressed

We couldn't agree more Kris, that is a peculiar observation you experienced today. We genuinely don't have many complaints at all when it comes to customer engagement here at Vernon Dodge. Although we have been especially busy today, we couldn't agree more that it's certainly no excuse to not say hello. As you may imagine, occasionaly we find ourselves in a no win situation as some consumers insist on instant engagement and others are very particular about being left alone until they have a question. As you must have seen today, all of our staff members here at Dodge wear name tags so our customers can easily identify us and call us by name if they need assistance at any time. We really do pride ourselves in how we treat our customers and we're genuinely sorry that you didn't get to see that service first hand today.
