Vehicle purchase

Kent made the buying experience enjoyable. He is very knowledgable, helpful and not overbearing like many other salesmen. His information was accurate and I felt he negotiated the best deal for me to acquire my vehicle with all the extra details I wanted included. I highly recommend Kent as a salesman.

Vernon Chrysler Dodge is deceptive to it's customers

My understanding is when you trade in a vehicle in BC you only pay tax on the difference in value between the vehicle you trade in and the one you purchase.This didn't happen in my deal. The deal I agreed to was a trade-in value of $20,000.This dishonest deceptive company agreed to give me $20,000 for my trade but in the final documents I ended up paying full tax on the new car. I will never deal with these corrupt people again either buying or service.and I will tell everyone who will listen what a dishonest company Vernon Chrysler is.

Hi Kenneth. We are terribly sorry that your confusion has automatically caused you to assume that something that was done in any fashion untoward. We've reviewed your transaction in great depth and although we can see where your confusion may stem from, you did in fact receive the full benefit of your trade in value plus the tax credit that resulted in you gaining a net $20,000 reduction in the total price. We would like nothing more than for you to come in to the dealership and sit with anyone of our Sales Managers so that we can walk through the transaction again and show you that you did in fact receive the full benefit, as you expected.

Paid $1990.00 for the van and from the moment we drove it off the lot have had nothing but problems. We feel as though we were sold a lemon....very discouraging!

I have always gone to vernon jeep dodge to buy a new or used car, this time was no different, really had great service and will go back, Kent is great and although he was off, I did request him and they are very honest there and Kent was recognised for the sale. but regardless of that, he is very kind sales guy, he's turned out to be a friend too.

I have purchased every vehicle since living in Canada from Vernon Dodge and Jeep through Kam Randhawa. We took a drive in a Jeep Cherokee, then in a Chrysler 200. The 200 was much like the Chrysler Intrepid that I had purchased from Kam in 2004. Test drive convinced me to purchase. Finance, insurance and prep went quickly, and I drove my new vehicle home. 5 stars to this dealership. Lee Henley

Over the past two years we needed to replace our vehicles. We had pretty specific requirements, both in what we wanted and our price range. Kent was able to provide us the vehicles that met our requirements, and in our price range. Pretty successfully!!. We have purchased our family vehicles from Kent for the past 10 years. He has always been able to ensure we were satisfied customers.
