Enjoyable experience

Buying a vehicle can be a stressful time. Dealing with Leif was anything but that. Always felt welcome and took the time to address even the smallest details or questions I had. He really went the extra mile for me.

Thank you Paul Sterritt. Our family is happy and COMFORTABLE in our new truck. I like the look and functionality of my new Rebel, husband likes the price and kids enjoy the space (the technological features are pretty cool too). Paul was kind enough to toss in the RAM toque I wanted after what seemed like the longest day ever! Did I mention he's a very good salesman. Vernon Dodge was prompt and efficient in handling the impromptu recall we received shortly after our purchase. Thank you Vernon Dodge and thanks again Paul, we love the truck, and it looks super cool. Oh, the coffee was mediocre, however I did notice the staff drinking it right along side us potential new vehicle purchasers and they do have popcorn, the kids liked that...good on you.

Leif did his job awesome in spite of failure on the part of others

Overall happy even though communications within departments need attention. Sales people can only do there job when other team members are on track. Customer makes decision based on facts of shop report and what has been told to them.Hopefully this can be improved to. I do like this dealership and staff. Happy and prosperous New Year!!!

So far not great...a Lot of issues

Bought my 2012 200s in the fall, was a nice experience. Negotiated new winters to be installed when snow arrived and a tow package. As I work out of town often I left the car at the dealership for final touches. Upon return the winter tires had already been installed, they agreed to swap tires back. Once summer tires were back on the car I picked up car with winters bagged up in the back, got my kid to'pack them in the shop and there they stayed till winter season arrived. Took car and tires still in bags to be installed, when done took summers in bags home to my shop. Yesterday inquired about putting studs in my tires and at that point realized that what had been new tires when I bought the car somehow became used weather checked tires. ( I never thought to check the tire bags to make sure I was sent home with the same new winters they took off) When I went to the dealership the sales manager told me that I'd already been treated better than I should have been and that in his opinion the used weather checked tires were just fine and he was done talking about it. I will be seeing the dealership manager today..hopefully I get some satisfaction

Your position was certainly better understood once we realized that you had assumed the tires coming with the car were brand new rather than the one season old ones that had been turned in when the vehicle was traded in originally. Its unfortunate that we didn't all get a chance to look at them when we installed them for you.
