They didnt have anyone come out and greet us so we left. Not a bad line up of cars to choose from....but no idea if they have any loyalty pricing to compare to Ford

Very nice to have car picked up and returned . Unfortunately the service man was not familiar with the service schedule for my car because it is a Kia Soul (purchased from Ontario Motor Sales and warrantied under them) regarding fluid replacement. He said since I purchased it in December he would assume they had been inspected then ?! 🤔 Also when I purchased the car the battery died the next day. CAA said it was the original battery and was not holding a charge. Apparently that isn’t checked as part of the used car checklist. The dealership agreed to pay for part of a new battery and the salesman who sold me the car paid for the rest out of his own pocket which was very nice of him. I love the car but am questioning my decision to warranty under GM if they are not qualified to service it.

I had an extremely positive experience today. My service advisor, Sean Archee was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Through phone calls, he kept me aware of ongoing repairs and diagnostic findings. My transportation from and to dealership was prompt and courteous.
