Service advisor John was great! Got a ride home and a pick up after service was completed - they called me when the car was ready and had already arranged a ride.However, I was a little perturbed that my seat memory setting was erased. It takes me forever to get it just right and someone at the dealer erased the #2 setting to make their job of getting in and out of the car easier. If it’s not your car, don’t mess with the settings.

Incredible service and transparency with all aspects of the leasing process. Trevor Edwards explained everything and made me feel like I was an important and valued customer. The vehicle I ended up with was quickly delivered and more than I expected that I could afford. Steve Pierce was great to deal with in the financing department and front reception staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend Ontario Motor Sales, Oshawa to anyone! Thank you for the beautiful SUV!

Service has always been fairly good, seems we get treated better now with our Cadillac then we did with a cobalt. But all and all have had a good experience here
