Im from Quebec visiting some relatives. My 2020 Ford Ranger air conditioning stopped for whatever reasons... they fixed my truxk and put oil. Very, no extremely good service, wish I would of bought my truck there instead in Quebec.. next time! Thanks to the driver who came and got me, nice guy and Shannon for taking good care of my truck. 😉

Sales person John was clearly disinterested in making a sale. Was unhelpful and made it seem like an ordeal to do his job. I definitely can’t support a dealership that employs anyone with this type of attitude.

If I could give a negative score, I would. This is the worst service I have ever had with a car dealership, and unfortunately, it isn't a 1 time thing. Every time I go there I experience their astoundingly atrocious service; from them not knowing where the truck or keys are, not even fixing what it went in for, to 'fixing' it and I drive off their lot with the same issue. Getting ahold of anyone other than their receptionist is impossible. I've booked appointment times and have been told I need to leave it all day. I will never return here for anything; service or sales, as the owner didn't even seem to care when we happened upon him one day in the lot and expressed our repeated frustration.
