I'm ecstatic, happy & relieved with the service I received from Kyle Sheridan, Shannon Marynuk and Brenda Lee. They took great care of my vehicle & me after my very disappointing, degrading experience at Belanger Ford and the horrible treatment I received from Josee Belanger(Owner). They replaced the rear bushings that were changed at Belanger a month ago that were falling apart due to Belanger not changing the links that were causing the bushings to fall apart, an alignment that was done twice at Belanger was finally redone and corrected (at the cost of now needing new tires due to uneven wear no thanks to....you guessed Belanger & they did an amazing interior detailing & washed the exterior, including the windows. All of my fluids were checked and filled to proper levels after a poor service done at Belangers. I was even given a loaner vehicle for the 2 days my car was being worked on, again, unlike Belanger where I was never offered a loaner & had to argue for a Shuttle ride home or left to sit listening to degradating insults from the owner as she implied she was making $ off of me from fixing my car instead of selling me one. At Cambrian, I felt comfortable talking to all of the associates & was not once spoken down to nor did I have my intelligence insulted or was I made to feel bad for asking questions regarding my repairs or warranty on the repairs. So HATS OFF TO CAMBRIAN!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for EVERYTHING. You earned a customer for life!!!!

This place is a complete rip off. I was quoted a price of $69 and $89 . They call and say your vehicle is ready and your total is 189 no where near the price quoted. There was no mistake in communication. The quoted price was through multiple phone calls before booking . The manager was also involved in the resolution and at the end of the day they did not honor the quoted price given

Whoever is taking calls in parts department needs to learn how to do his job. Dear lord. Was just looking for tire options. Could not even get a word out from this guy that I could understand and then just 10 minutes of breathing sounds while he tries to look up tires. Lol
