“I regret to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I encountered at your dealership. Despite the initial interaction with a humble and accommodating agent during my exploration of used vehicles, the demeanor and conduct of the sales manager, who intervened during the purchase process, were exceedingly discourteous and egoistic. Throughout our interaction, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness to my concerns and circumstances, as the sales manager seemed more focused on asserting dominance rather than addressing my needs. This behavior not only reflected a disregard for customer satisfaction but also fostered an atmosphere of disrespect and intimidation. Furthermore, the miscommunication and employment of pressure sales tactics only exacerbated the already unsatisfactory experience. Such tactics create undue stress and erode trust between the customer and the dealership. As a consumer, I value transparency, respect, and professionalism in all business dealings. Regrettably, my experience at your dealership fell short of these expectations. I urge you to reevaluate your customer service practices and ensure that all members of your team uphold the principles of integrity and customer-centricity. Let me honest about this place. Purchased a used vehicle. Sales rep was the only good thing about it. Truck was given to me dirty. They quick cleaned it. Called and complained about it. Was told he will get back to me. Never did. I really thought this place would be better than the other dealerships as they got really good reviews. Maybe next time you buy a vehicle. Please inspect all seats and have them wash the vehicle before you purchase it. They will present it to you dirty to hide scratches etc.
