I called Dilawri to inquire about a used vehicle and was transferred to an awesome salesperson named Tallyn. Tallyn was down-to-earth and honest with me, answered all my questions with follow-up phone calls, worked with me on the numbers with no pressure to buy. She even offered to come in on her off day to accommodate my schedule for the test drive. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided and I would not hesitate to recommend Tallyn to any customers.

Worst experience since I came to Canada, they sold me a defective car and tricked me into buying warranty. And they're not responsible! And I tried to contact customer server department. No one answer me again

I have been going to Dilawri Hunt Club for almost 5 years. My experience here has always been great! I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and recently needed my breaks replaced. Had to go in a few times as the aftermarket breaks were squeaking and loud. We switched to the OEMs and I was given 20% off for my trouble. The car is now braking like a brand new car and is completely silent and there's no grinding which is what I wanted. It's just a bit unfortunate that I couldn't get that from the aftermarket breaks because although they are less expensive than the OEM, they are also very expensive. We live in a world where we expect things to be fixed right away which is just simply not a realistic approach, especially with cars that get older. There needs to be room for trial and error and patience is important. I'm usually in and out for my services in a day and they offer Uber rides if needed. Overall, great customer service and knowledge. Thank you Tim, Jess, Ryan, Ian and the many others who have helped me throughout the years! Keep doing what you're doing! See you in the winter for my tire swap! P.S. I love Jeep!

DO NOT, BRING YOUR CAR HERE..... EVER!!!!!! 4/22/24 The absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought a brand new 23' Challenger, A few months into owning it, I started hearing a clunking sound every time i hit a hole or bump.... A sound, that from my past experience with cars, (towing and Mechanics) Sounded like it was coming from my suspension. I was obviously not happy about this as my vehicle was brand new, so I booked an appointment at this dealer to get her looked at since this is the closest dealer to my house and my car is under warranty.... After getting the opinions of a few trusted sources, and some body work done (on the other side of the car), It was time to get this checked out. 1-In November of 2023, I booked an appointment to get a diagnosis done. They had my car for the day and it came back saying that the 'Stableizer Link' was broken and they had to order it... I said np, They said a few weeks... Kool... Or so I thought....... - A few weeks go by, Nothing. A month... Nothing... 2 Months...... Nothing.. I call them.. The Parts department then tells me that parts can take up to a few months to come in, especially if they are on back order... (Even though the car was built less then a year ago, In Brampton, 5 hours from where I live) 🤔 At this point, I was a little upset, So I asked for the part number so I could buy it myself and go somewhere else to get it installed.... The gentleman on the phone got mad at me, And In a very raised voice, Proceeded to tell me that if they can't get the part, I definitely wouldn't be able to... lol **-The part WAS listed on MOPARS website for 110$ and was shipped to my brothers house in 6 days. Lol - however, I did not use this one...* - I decided to wait... December, January and February Go by and Now I'm Mad. I called again, And this time I was told by Tim at Service, that my part had been there for some time, And that the parts guys failed to update my account or label the part for me on its arrival.... - Finally, 4 months later my car would be fixed..... lol. Or so I thought.... 2- I brought it in.... They fixed the stableizer link... I took it home. Oh... What's that? The noise is still there. 🤦🏿‍♂️ 3- I bring it back... They tell me that the control arm is broken.. They tell me there that they will order the part and it will be there first thing in the morning, which is funny considering it just took 4 months for a part to come in.. - I leave my car over night, Inconvenieng my life a bit, but w.e. it's getting fixed right? - NOPE... I got a call the next day, They sent us the wrong part, Could you come get your vehicle, We have ordered the right part... - I then Get a call a few weeks later from Alexander, He tells me that the drive shaft is in and ready to be replaced. Drive shaft? But they said control arm! 🤔 4-I bring it in again, Sure enough, Later that day, I get a Text.... NOT EVEN A CALL.... A F***ING TEXT, saying they were sent the wrong part AGAIN, and to come get the car.. - I went to get the car, Angered by this whole situation. I was told they had the part on express order and that it would be there in a few days.... 5- Almost 2 weeks later, now in March 2024, I get another TEXT.... Yes, Text... Saying the part was in for the Control arm and it was ready to be fixed.. I dropped it off, Went to get it, And Yes.... You guessed it. THE NOISE IS STILL THERE.... - It is now April, And The noise is still present. They had my car back 5 times people, AND DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. They obviously didn't take it for a drive either because it's a Loud enough sound that, just going over a speedbump will allow you to hear it..... DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!..... THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USULESS AND JUST GIVE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE FOR THEIR LACK OF ORGANIZATION AND BAD MACHANICS WHO OBVIOUSLY DONT HAVE THEIR WORKED CHECKED...... - The next day 4/23/24 - To add to my review yesterday, I was sent out a computer generated msg. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR to a place where they don't even care to actually apologize to you for their mess ups.

If I could give less than one star for this dealership, I would. My daughter went in to purchase a vehicle hand ready to sign and asked has a vehicle ever been in an accident. The manager says I don’t know. Let me have a look sure enough vehicles been in an accident went back, few days later to pick up the deposit check and tell the manager how unhappy I was I asked why he never disclosed that the vehicle was in an accident and his response was it’s not my job. I can’t know everything. Then proceeded to say it was up to the sales person to tell us. Maybe so but as a manager, you don’t throw your team member under the bus. Took three days and two phone calls later to have the general manager. Finally call me back. Too bad they weren’t honest right from the beginning!
