I strongly do not recommend to buy the Dodge promaster or any other vehicles for your business use from Dodge. I had transmission issue with my truck and the truck is still at the dealership from June 03, 2024 and no time has been confirm to fix it. When I was booking the appointment they said, they will fix it within two weeks. It is keep going without any confirmed timeframe. I cancelled my customer’s booking several times and I am really going through the hard time. I explained the situation to the dealership that I need my equipment attached in the vehicles. I need my truck early as possible as it is my busy times. They are selling the vehicle for business use and if they can’t give the service in limited time and hold it for more than one month, this vehicle is not for business use and it will ruin your business. Check my GPS record when I parked the truck at the dealership.

I’ve brought my 2022 Jeep renegade there for four oil changes when I was picking up my vehicle on the last oil change. The price went from approximately $110 up to $220 when I asked why they said it’s because I use a specific oil filter that is more expensive. They checked my past invoices at the lower dollar value and it turns out they’ve been doing my oil change incorrectly, the entire time with the wrong oil and wrong filter combination that is required by the manufacturer for that vehicle. I have reached out to them three different different times via email as well as messaged them on their website application and have never heard anything back. My concern is that the lack of their ability to do it correctly multiple times in the row has voided my warranty and they do not seem to want to talk about it any further. As a business, they have absolutely have that right to not engage me and ignore the situation! Seems like an odd business practice not something I would choose to do but nonetheless.. I could not recommend going somewhere else more!! Absolutely complete incompetence multiple times and do not want to further discuss the matter in anyway. Please do not use their services for absolutely anything!! I’m not angry. I’m just disappointed by the lack of effort in trying to rectify the issue in any possible way. I’m pretty sure they’re going to respond to this comment by telling me I should email them to discuss even though I have emailed them about exact same email multiple times I’ve also once again reached out to them via their website two separate occasions and have yet to hear anything back it’s been approximately two months since my visit there when I found out they’ve been doing my oil changes incorrectly three out of the four oil changes I’ve had done there. My parting words would be to never use their services or buy a car from there! I initially tried to buy my vehicle through them. I found the salesman sketchy at best. I chose to buy somewhere else. They were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the dealership I purchased it from is not in Ottawa so I made the mistake of using this dealership to do the oil changes to help maintain my warranty via JEEP. All the best and run like hell when it comes to dealing with this dealer ship. When I briefly asked questions when I picked up the vehicle at the last oil change when I found the discrepancies, I was told that they’ve had quite a few changes of management both in the dealership side, as well as the service side the gentleman I mentioned this problem to the desk was completely empathetic and understanding to the situation, but obviously being the person at the counter, his hands were tied!! Since posting this review above, I was given an email to go ahead and talk to them about my situation. I have sent two different emails to the email I was given as well Forwarded my complaint via their website. I have still yet to hear anything. It has now been one month from the review. I am still waiting for a reply from any of the numerous emails and the best part is I’ve actually had this deal ship contact me via phone and email asking me if I would be interested in buying car from them ! Bahhh lol so they obviously have my email and phone number and only would like to talk about selling me something not about fixing the problems They’ve caused! I will be adding to this review as time goes on hopefully they’re able to rectify the situation in someway. Not feeling optimistic at this point! So at this point, I’m gonna go ahead and say minus one review please stay tuned to the saga of what’s going to happen next… on this weeks episode of do not buy or service here. New update on this episode of they still will not contact me. It’s now been two weeks since I’ve been contacted by someone saying that the general manager would be contacting me ASAP.

Extremely Rude salesperson Tallyn. Plastered with egoism from head to toe. I should have read the reviews prior recommending my husband to purchase a car here. I am happy I walked out and did not do any purchase here. Stay out of this dealership if you want a pleasant and honest car purchasing experience.
