Beware of This Dealership’s Service Department I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with the service department at Dilawri Dodge at Hunt Club . They charged me for a part that was never installed in my vehicle. Despite having all the necessary receipts and photographic evidence, it was a struggle to get their attention and acknowledgment. After much back-and-forth with both the service manager and the general manager, they finally admitted their mistake and issued a refund via cheque (just for the part not the labor i was charged). While I did eventually get a part of my money back, the process was far from smooth and highlighted a serious lack of professionalism and transparency. I strongly advise anyone considering their service department to be extremely cautious. Make sure to thoroughly check every detail and ensure that you’re only paying for what’s actually done. This experience has left me with little confidence in their integrity and service practices. Furthermore, Ryan, the Service Manager, demonstrated exceptional skill in addressing and resolving the issue. However, it is important to note that this problem should not have occurred in the first place.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. When I told the manager I would write a review about what happened, he told me to "watch what you're writing." So I only say avoid this place at all costs. Don't waste your time here.

Great used car but our experience with picking up the vehicle was less than stellar, even after reaching out multiple times we got the brush off. Seriously disappointed.

I do not recommend anyone to buy car or any services from here. Everything will change afterwards they will claim that you didn’t buy the car from here if anything happened. Try to stay away from them. Big L

I always appreciate when technicians check on something and don’t charge 33.99 just to tell me there are Acorns in my sunroof. I was expecting a better diagnosis than that to warrant the charge! I know there are Acorns, pine needles and other debris in my roof! I need to know why the roof isn’t closing once it is open. For instance the technician could have identified the problem, and the solution while giving me a quote for the fix!! Not what actually happened. The fee should have been waived if a solution isn’t available. Instead I was told come back another time so they could have a better look at it!! That right there is why I avoid going to dealerships even when the car is brand new! (Not the case this time)

Absoluetly disgusted with the treatment from Service and Sales Staff (wanna) Rude and unprofessional. ZERO RESPONSIBILITY with vehicle issues. Tried avoiding a Major safety issue on my vehicle (wheel set up notbsafe) No response from owner and no resolution from Service or Sales. AVOID going to Dilwari. Service from another Dodge dealer provided a service report and still Diwari took no accountabilty. So far this has cost thousands of dollars. Now looking into legal proceedings.
