Upset because I thought I could trust this company! Felt like I was being used for a “money grab” went and got my vehicle serviced under warranty (they gave me a hard time with that as well) said 4/6 things were approved under warranty.. when it got serviced they said only 3 went through because of “wrong VIN number” I was confused because how do you make that mistake? I was told I would get a call back, never did! I called to inquire and got the run around.. finally got it serviced a month later, they tried charging me full price which they said they were giving me a favour by cutting the price in half… and I was told it needed back bearings (what I originally went there for) They didn’t even change the correct Bearings!!! Super upset and still can’t believe they put me through all of this. I am an honest working mom of 3 and I am feeling so ripped off!!!

This was the first time in a very long time that I purchased a used vehicle. Jordan Couture, my sales consultant was very professional, had my used truck looking like NEW inside and out sparing no expense!! They were still polishing the rims after they brought it outside. Jordan took the time to sync my phone, set up my favourite SiriusXM stations, and showed me how everything worked in the truck. It was a very smooth transition trading in my vehicle and buying my new used truck! BTW, I kissed my salesmen and told him I love him!!

Emily, Jeff and Rob were absolutely amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Made buying my first ever mazda an easy and enjoyable experience.Emily was a delight to work with, Rob was amazing at giving us the best trade in value he could to keep us within our budget and Jeff was great at explaining all the financials to us and answering any questions we had.Thank you for getting me in my Mazda 3 for my birthday.

Service staff were very professional. The service was done in a timely manner. Shuttle driver was excellent. For the first time we received a detailed video of the mechanic going through what they looked at and included what was done during the service. We absolutely loved this feature.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you to Guy for just being a pleasant person to deal with.
