Emily was my consultant and as soon as I walked in she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She let me drive this CX-9 overnight that I wanted so I brought it back home and returned it the next morning. I was a little bit unsure about the price but she spoke to someone in the back and increased my trade-in. She gave us all the time that we needed. She’s never like a typical salesperson who would ask and answer questions about cars. She will have a nice conversation about your personal life! 10 out of 10 service. And Tamara, Service manager (I believe) was incredible. I had a small issue right off the bat and called her. She advised me to bring it over right away without an appointment and the issue is gone now! Thank you so much everyone for everything you’ve done.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Ashley, she introduced me to, Jordan, Guy and Jeff. Right off the bat she made me feel comfortable with the team and said everything would be taken care of. She was 1000% correct. Jordan, sent me text videos to show the car in and out which was perfect inside and out. I have never driven stick before and he took the time to give me a quick lesson with a few laps around the parking lot. He went over everything with me and made me feel confident with my new car! Jeff, I spoke with Jeff and the first thing he let me know I was approved for finance. We spoke for multiple days with such a positive vibe I was happy to meet him. Unfortunately he had some pressing matters the day I dropped by to pick up my car. None the less he spent a lot of time explaining different plans and worked on my finance rate which dropped down dramatically from the original rate. Guy, such a welcoming human being. After my sister and I arrived he dropped by immediately to show us the car. He walked us around and took the time for some concerns I had. He addressed everything I asked and plus some. He made this possible for me to move forward with my purchase. My sister and I were there for over an hour and it felt like 10 minutes. Guy is a mastermind for finance, I love every moment with this dealership. I highly recommend going to Palladino Mazda/ Palladino in general. They are beyond exceptional. Thank you Guy, Jordan, Jeff and Ashley.

I bought a car here no problem but if you need help with any information good luck. I’ve called multiple times and left a message without getting a call back and when I did get an email back there was no useful information. So if customer service is important to you I would look elsewhere.

Dishonest....Watch Out. They lie to try and upsell you on services you don't need by saying 'their technicians have examined your car and recommend the following be performed based on car mileage and wear". This is a lie because I checked their recommendations based on Mazda and the recommendations weren't due for 10,000 kms or more, OR the 'worn' items to be replaced were new because I recently replaced them myself. They also won't tell you if certain services are extra costs, nor do they give you the price until after the work is done. Requested Service cost $250. The upsell if agreed to would have been $800. EDIT: Also, check that they've actually changed your oil. They charged me for an oil change and didn't do anything. I know now, because I'm not due for an oil change for another 2500km, and I'm out of oil....had to top it up myself.
