I took my car in for an oil change and I waited less time than I expected. Took my car in because of low tire pressure, turns out there was a nail in my tire. My tire was patched up in no time.

Charles spend time in understanding our need and our family budgeting situation and provide detail comparison of the option such as leasing vs financing, so that we can better decide which option for our purchase of the new van. This is the fourth Honda vehicle that my family bought, he is the only one that has spend considerable amount of time explaining in detail on all the feature on the day I took procession of my new van.
