Charles was extremely helpful and thorough. He really took the time to ensure that I understood how my Honda Civic worked. In addition to this, he took to the time to personalize my appointment and really get to know me. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable

Alan was great. He is a good listener and he is very aware of the needs/wants of the customer but realistic about what can be done (i.e. limits) about negotiating a price. I'd highly recommend him to anyone interested in considering Roadsport Honda for a car.

He was polite and provided details that I inquired with great patience and humble manner.
