I cannot do enough justice in describing the quality of service Charles Chan provided me when I leased a Honda Civic LX car from him and his dealership. He was honest, straight forward, and hands-on in accommodating my needs from the get go. We never played games with papers and numbers and spent my valued time as a customer with regards to the features and my needs in a new car. Charles was fabulous by showing in detail how things worked and was very open in regards to the whole process. In fact, on delivery he thorough went over everything inside and outside my vehicle. He is what you would call a diamond in the rough when it comes to sales people in an industry that can often waste your time on battling back and forth when really it should be an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a straightforward deal, a great price, and a legitimate person who actually cares about the customer liking his brand new car.

Oil change mix up

The wrong service came up on the car and Qi did everything to solve the problem including checking the history of the car to make sure that I didn't over pay for my oil change. Great guy and have recommend other people looking for a Honda to check him out.

Did not feel that I got my monies worth

Did not receive everything mentioned in the winter maintenance package (i.e. Complimentary car wash). Makes me feel whether they actually did any of the car inspection that was also part of the package. This experience leaves me with a feeling of lack of thoroughness. Will definitely not return.
