I was there with my mom to buy my first car (Honda Fit 2015). Alan was very accommodating and flexible with meeting with us, as well as bringing us around for a test drive.

Both my Dad and my brother bought their cars from Alan before. They both loved their experiences with Alan and so did I. My Dad booked my appointment for me specifically with Alan. I test-drive two different type of cars and Alan was very helpful with his suggestions. I got great service and value of my money for my purchase. The appointment was on time. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Alan took care of the required documents that needed to be faxed to my insurance company. Alan and other staff are all very professional and polite. I really appreciated Alan and everyone is involved.

Coming from working in a shop that is time efficient and honest, I bought my car in full confidence that it would be ready by the time I was ready to pick it up. I was surprised when I was told my car would be painted by the day I picked it up. I ended up having to wait an entire month and take time off of work because of the lack of proper scheduling. After leaving my car for a day an a half, it was to be painted and the passenger airbag sensor was to be checked. When I received my car, it was painted but the service shop did not have "time" to check my sensor. I understand how busy a shop may be, and I sympathize but it has been a month an a half since I bought the car and every time I leave Road-sport I seem to be slightly disappointed.

Appt to change spark plug due to recall

Thanks for the shuttle car, nice driver. Disappointed when I was told car was not ready after 5 hrs in garage. Then was told that the staff left due to family emergency, they were so busy, and finally that the parts were not in. Did not .matter they tried to get in touch with me cause my car was already there. That's unacceptable. It's an appt not a walk in. However, thanks Tiger. I appreciate for apologizing on their behalf. I expect to get good service or else I will go somewhere. My opinion is for improvement for better service but not pinpoint fingers at someone. Hope it will not happen to anyone. Regards.

After Leasing a Nissan 4 years ago i had a terrible time with getting what I wanted and getting it done right. Honda made my experience nice as I did not have to deal with any lies from their staff and got exactly what I negotiated at the price I negotiated. Thanks
