Had to return multiple times for same problem, car was scratched on both occasions, however it was fixed by a rather helpful individual

Purchasing my new Honda Accord was a great experience because of Chili (Qi Li). I appreciated Chili 's promptness, honesty and knowledge! As a female customer, Chili made me feel comfortable! He never made me feel like I was asking a 'stupid' question! Chili is great, and I have recommended him to my friends and family!
