He was respectful and worked on what i wanted not like others to sell me what they wanted me to buy, i would suggest him to everyone i know for financing or leasing Honda

Thayan was a great representative. He was provided us options that we could choose from and recommended what was the best car to buy. We didn't know much about cars and we were unsure about if we should lease a car or purchase it . But Thayan was very helpful and provided us with information that helped us make our decision. We love our car thanks to Thayan!

We thought he was a nice guy and hoped he would be helpful for our future purchase. We rejected a better offer and turned to him. But after signing of the contract, he didn't provide protection insurance details as promised. We asked to cancel the insurance, but Mr Gong claimed he didn't know how to do it. We later phoned to the insurance company, but they didn't have the file number and asked to talk to Mr Gong. He rejected rudely. He even claimed he would never deal with any matter we might encounter about the car we leased in the future.

This is my first Honda vehicle after being a long time Toyota purchaser. After my husband convinced me to go to roadsport Honda dealership, we met chili who did a wonderful job matching out budget, needs, wants and personal situation to the perfect vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, honest and direct which made us feel a lot more comfortable in our decision. Also, he followed up in a timely manner and made the sale from start to finish very smooth.
