St. Albert Dodge and Ralph Joseph completely changed my opinion of vehicle dealerships. My prior experience at a dealership was very negative and I was hesitant to deal with one again. After my daughter and son-in-law shared their experience with St. Albert Dodge and Ralph, my husband and I decided to give them a try. WOW! Are we ever thankful that we did! Ralph and everyone treated us and our grandchildren who were with us with the utmost respect and explained everything clearly. Ralph got us into our PREFERRED vehicle instead of having to settle for a vehicle that wasn't meeting our needs! We are extremely grateful and thankful for Ralph and look forward to working with him and St. Albert Dodge in the future.

Gave me highest trade in value, compared with other dealerships that were competing for my business. Also, had a good selection of vehicles, and had a manual transmission model that I bought from them. Sales, delivery and finance staff are exceptional, and very helpful. After previous 2 dealership purchases elsewhere, I was skeptical about ever buying a pre owned vehicle from a dealership again. Luckily I took a chance! It was worth it........

This has been by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Shannon Stuht made buying the sickest truck on the market so easy and actually fun! The whole experience right thru sales and into the finance department was so streamlined. Shannon Stuht was very knowledgeable of the TRX and the rest of the Dodge lineup as well.
