As a young lady I often have anxiety going to a dealership for car service. I’m not familiar with vehicles and typically feel out of place in a dealership. I came in for an oil change and the service staff were above and beyond my expectations. They were personable and made me feel so comfortable! Huge kudos to Ryan for helping me out today with everything. If I could get an oil change daily from this dealership I would.

I've bought a few vehicles from Mark Maguire. He's an awesome salesman and very honest. He always follows up on the vehicles i bought as well as asking if there's anything else he can do for me. I've recommended him to family and friends which also resulted in them buying vehicles from him.

My first words regarding St Albert Dodge are simply “Outstanding professional and courteous service” Seeking to purchase a new vehicle my first point of contact was Mark Maguire. Communication was immediately, friendly, professional, accurate and above all honest. Absolutely no hard sell tactics. Mark is an absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make anything happen. Not just to make the deal but to ensure you are happy and fully understand the process. Mark and the entire St Albert Dodge team around him make visiting a dealership a welcoming and zero stress environment. I’ve done deals with many dealerships over the years and St Albert Dodge is leading the way in an almost new culture of how a dealership should operate. Shannon was amazing to deal with. A couple of hiccups in the beginning but Shannon went above and beyond to straighten things out for us. He was very patient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend others to go see Shannon.
