Went in to look at some used cars for a reasonable daily commuter car and my husband really wanted me to trade in my Wrangler for “something more practical” 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️. Not only did Aaron find us the 2 cars we wanted and needed he went above and beyond to make sure our trade in value was reasonable, that we had a few extras, but most of all he went above and beyond to make our little guy feel like he was a part of the decision and an important part of the process. The staff gave him lots to drink and more halloween candy than he could handle (with our permission of course). Such an amazing change in atmosphere and treatment under this new management! We used to shop and get our maintenance done in sherwood at the owner’s other store in the past. But now, St Albert Dodge is our first choice! Aaron was an amazing salesman to deal with, solidified our desire to bring our business to this dealership, and Aaron will be our go to the next go around for a jeep!

Hubert was so helpful! We had a bit of a complicated situation and he was able to get us what we needed and in a timely manner. The management team and finance department were also above and beyond helpful and so compassionate towards our situation with no pressure to purchase something we did not need or want. Currently during these hard times St Albert doge is also offing cash incentives that truly help and with incredibly low interest rates! If you want a dealership with no hassles and treats every client like family, then st Albert doge is the place to go! Ask for Hubert! He won't let you down

Chad did a fantastic job getting me into a car that was a much better fit for me! He made sure all my issues were taken care of, and while waiting for them to have it brought over from another location coffee and a snack was provided. I couldn’t be happier with my experience

Came in for a routine oil change with no prior issues. Left with a cracked oil filter housing and a $600 bill.... Definitely would not recommend.
