I got two vehicles from st albert dodge and they're both already falling apart. A 2021 and a older vehicle. I took the 2021 in because a couple things broke. They said I'm the one destroying the 40k vehicle and they ain't going to do anything about it. Yes I got the usless warranty. Just a heads up stay away from st albert dodge.

Would highly recommend going here and talking to Adam or Shannon they went above and beyond for me on deciding on a vehicle and after multiple test drives they got me into the one I wanted right away very good people to deal with

Was a great experience as was not pushed like people normally are. Steve Lam answered all questions I had and didn’t waste my time with things I didn’t care about. Steve has been in contact with me several times now after my purchase to answer and assist with feature set ups. I’ve bought several vehicles from several dealerships in the past, but this one I will return too. Thanks Steve for the great service!

Warranty work was done perfectly thanks to Glenn Rossmann and Chad davis for helping me out. But, the only problem was my front bumper was fully scratched during the service. Humble request to the mechanic to use fender cover next time on customer’s vehicles, and treat them as your own vehicle, whether the vehicle is under warranty or not.

I have been a loyal St.Albert Dodge customer for almost 17 years. I am actually very disappointed with the level of service the past few years aside from the finance department. They’ve actually always remained excellent. I have purchased 4 dodge vehicles and referred others who’ve purchased also. The past few visits with the service department were especially disappointing. Booked a service appointment online. The service stop/start system warning light has been on for over a month now & one of my tires previously repaired by dodge was low. My jeep compass is still under warranty. Luckily, I haven’t had any issues to deal with until this past year. I was advised when dropping my car the issue is ‘most’ likely due to a low battery. If I wanted dodge to run a diagnostic and nothing was found it would be at a cost to me $189.00. Alternatively, I could just go off what the service employee diagnosed by his thoughts and charge the battery myself and or take it for longer drives, hopefully being the fix. I appreciate the advice offered, but I was disappointed that this wasn’t covered under a warranty service or my tire looked at and filled. It’s just a bit confusing and frustrating. I have never experienced this in past service requests under warranty. I left feeling like an undervalued customer. I’ll go home and try charging my battery myself and fill up my tire, hopefully no leak again. I have always had top level service in all departments up until this past year. I guess my level of expectation was just higher from previous years and disappointed it’s not the same. Sincerely, Naomi

I was looking at a f350 at freedom Ford and it seems they were dragging there feet so I started to look at a ram truck and landed at St. Albert dodge. I was dealing with Stephen and Matthieu after some time we found a ram 3500 that would work for me and I would recommend St. Albert dodge and their team. I’m happy with the truck and when the chip shortage is over I will be back In to buy a new dually. Stephen and his team went above and Beyond, even when I hit the switch for the positive air shut off valve and couldn’t get the truck started they called the head mechanic on a holiday and the mechanic was right on top of it and got the truck started again. They also gave me a dealer plate to get to bc and let me mail it back. I look forward to working with you again Stephen and Matthieu. Thanks
