Thanks to Glenn R in service to making sure the parts necessary for my truck's stolen exhaust (along with the thieves leaving considerable damage), and some coming from USA dealers to complete repair. Glenn comunicated with myself and my adjuster as things progressed, never once left in the dark. Stellar! Choose St Albert Dodge for your service!!

**** Update…. DO NOT BUY THE PREPAID OIL CHANGE PROGRAM!!! If you do buyer beware it EXPIRES!!! They did NOT explain this to me when I purchased almost $500 worth of oil changes, of which I was able to use 2 before they expired!!! So disappointed!!! Definitely has soured my experience with the service department. Sales experience was great… service department not so much. Honestly so thrilled with our buying experience at St Albert Dodge Jeep! Never felt pressured… always felt taken care of, and our salesman Steve Lam was by far the best salesman I’ve worked with!! Would AHS send my friends and family to see him!! Thank you Steve for making my Jeep dreams come true!!!

The dealership is very professional - clean, orderly and well staffed. They give clients an abundance of freedom to see their facilities and inventory with very little pressure to finish the relationship building by rushing to make a deal. I would particularly like to give Chad in sales a top commendation for striving to find the correct vehicle for my family’s driving needs. In my case, the relationship building to deal closing process has taken about six months, and Chad has been a very considerate and accommodating person to have working with us. We are totally satisfied with the outcome of our experiences at St. Albert Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep and we look forward to being in their family of happy customers.
