We called into South Trail Chrysler on a Monday morning inquiring about possibly trading in our vehicle for something newer. After a short chat with reception, Mark Kasparian answered our call and asked us a few brief questions regarding what we were looking for and had set us up with an appointment for later that evening. Thanks to South Trails’ extensive inventory, they had exactly what we were looking for and more and what began as a “let’s just get some info” trip turned into us walking out with a brand new Jeep Cherokee. 2 days later they had it beautifully detailed and ready for us to take home! We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience with our sales person Mark, our finance guy Brandon and all the other staff at South Trail that assisted in our experience. As a household that has dealt with a number of other Chrysler dealers in the past, this one has outshone them all, and we look forward to one day returning for our families next vehicle. Thanks a bunch Mark & South Trail Chrysler!

Looking for a new vehicle. Associate was pleasant, understanding, helpful and accommodating to what I wanted. Worked with my budget and getting the things I wanted in my vehicle to fit that budget (spray in liner, hard cover, warranty and protection plans) Addressed my concerns right away and had then fixed (small scratch in interior)

Today we bought Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and we had great experience at South Trail Chrysler.We Started our search online and then dealt with Dima who was very considerate and passionate regarding our needs! Our whole experience was very positive with Dima Salesman and Tailor finance manager working towards what we required. They cleared all our doubts and gave us great deal 😊 Great experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Even though I showed up late in the day, Mark stayed a little late and was eager to help. He listened to me and worked hard to make the deal work. I was up front and candid about what I was looking for, and that I wanted to negotiate everything from vehicle accessories, to extended warranty and final vehicle price all at the same time. He understood where I was coming from and worked hard to ensure I was well looked after. Buying a vehicle can be a less than pleasant experience but working with Mark Kasparian made it smooth and pleasant.
