Overall meh. They have helped me out and got me sorted out a number of times but they constantly try the "need to replace the air filter" scam. They tried it on me when 3 weeks prior I had just replaced mine, it hadn't even seen 100km of use, told the guy check again when he said I neeeded a brand new one and he came back and said "uhhh oh ya it looks fine on second glance". He then tried the exact same thing on a guy in the waiting area with the same result, we shared a laugh. Makes me not really trust them a whole lot anymore.

Update 21st sept 2020.. On my last visit to south trail chrysler i spoke with one of the service advisor treavor. He was kind enuf to understand the miscommunication which happened while dealing with my vehicle.He was also able to give my a decent price/quote for the parts and work dat needed to be done on my vehicle. And wen i finally was able to take the vehicle for the repairs ,I must say i am happy with the work done. I only changed my review because of treavor. Dealing with him helped me trust south trail chrysler and i would be willing to work with them in the future.. Thank you treavor.. If der was anything less than 1 star i would have given that.. My chrysler 200s hit a curb.i got the front parts fixed from a mechanic. Came to south trail Chrysler for alignment and also i noticed my tire wobble. First dae one of the technicians checked the rear of the car and gave a quote of 2 parts which need to b ordered for the rare driver side.came back with the car after the parts arrived.2nd technician checked the car and said dey need 1 more part..so dat was replaced..same dae i was called again saying one more part is damaged and completely wrong and needs to b replaced and i was given a quote of 1700++...all this time i had problem with jus 1 tire/wheel(rear driver side).after i took the car i noticed front driver side wheel is slightly off which was not before..came back again to the shop..3rd technician had a look at the car..he said front part has lot of damage and potentially wrong parts..he gave a quote again for everything dat needed to b done..The quotes given on the 2nd and 3rd dae have a huge difference..the quotes given for alignment on all 3 daes r different.i also asked to check the air conditioning of the car..the 2nd technician changed the refrigerant and wrote in the report no leak...but..it was like a sauna in my car..and then wen i called the service dept ..i was quoted," there was no leak at the time of checking"..so as i understand the leak happened as soon as i took the vehicle out of the service area maybe.. As your tagline says honest service, genuine people,transparent pricing..i jus wish to tell u..3 technicians jus gave me random numbers for quote.. The service staff is great to deal with but i guess its part of the job to defend unskilled colleagues of theirs..all i got to hear was that der is major damage with my car and nothing about how 3 technicians on 3 different days gave different opinions and pricing. Well this was my first and last time coming to south trail chrysler. P.S. Avoid dis place always bcos its a hit/miss..maybe u and ur vehicle will b okk..maybe after dey have a look and work on it;all u can do is sell ur vehicle

It is our understanding that the work done prior to bringing to us was not done properly and resulted in additional repairs being needed. Recently purchased vehicle. Great purchasing experience (thanks Connor). The sales team was knowledgeable, courteous, and were able to get the vehicle we wanted at a competitive price. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the team at South Trail Chrysler and will continue to service our vehicles here (see below). When we need to update our next vehicle, STC will be our first stop. -- previous post -- Quick service. Used express lane for oil change. Competitive pricing plus they washed the vehicle.
