Super easy process. Mark Kasparian listened to what I wanted, and more importantly didn't want in my new truck. My time is what is most valuable to me and Mark recognized that. He showed me exactly what I was interested in, I confirmed that it was a good fit, and we had the paperwork done in less than 90 minutes. Everyone, from the receptionist to the business office was very nice to deal with, I will certainly do business with South Trail Chrysler again. Thanks again for your help Mark

We bought a 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude from Connor. We told him what we wanted and there was no "upselling" or anything. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. We will be definitely recommending Connor to people who are in the market for a new vehicle.
