Don’t waste your time and money. So I ended up taking my Jeep Commander to these people they did two diagnostics on it. They could not find the problem but they could find all other problems that need doing but not fixing the problem. They charge me for the two diagnostics and then told me I needed a whole new catalytic converter. Without even test driving the vehicle. Then I take it to a second dealership down in Okotoks. They test drove it They found the problem straightaway it cost me $190 for a new sensor that’s all.

Sasha Yugay ( sales guy ) was OUTSTANDING!! Very genuinely concerned about making me happy with my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. He did exactly that, could not be happier with my experience with Sasha. Also, Darrin ( Finance ), Kelly and Kelsey ( Parts ) were great to deal with. Highly recommend Sasha and these folks and South Trail Chrysler.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dima, who helped us deciding on a great car! He was a good communicator, came in the office during his off-hours to finalize car delivery, and was professional without being pushy; great compliments! I would recommend South Trail Chrysler!

Price to high, sun glasses missing

On a positive note, work was done fairly quick, contacted me in timely fashion, car was washed. $2.18 short of $300.00 is excessive for battery and install. My partners sunglasses were possibly stolen

very disappointing when I took my car for its 4th car wash, my rims 3 of them the cuffs appeared.

Hello, I am sorry your wheels appeared to be scuffed. I can absolutely assure you that there is no spray or cover up that anyone could use on wheels to make scratches or damage disappear. People often use paint pens on the painted surfaces of their vehicle to fix scratches, but it doesn't work on wheels. Was it an automatic car wash? And if so is it possible that the brushes or hardware damaged them? If you could provide me with some more information, such as your vehicle make and when it was purchased I can try and gather more information. Thank you.

I was recommended this dealership by a friend so , I went looking for a used SUV for my daughter, online I found a couple of vehicles we wanted to look at When we arrived to test drive we met Eduardo Mathews their representative.
