Alan Mulder was very friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough to please me during my visits to the dealership. I ended up purchasing my car from them, and would recommend Alan to anyone looking to shop at Roy Nichols.

Our experience at Roy Nichols was stress-free and seamless. This was our first time leasing a vehicle and Tim McNabb was our salesman. He kindly guided us through the process while answering all questions and/or concerns. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service at all times. I will absolutely refer any friend/family member to Roy Nichols.

Recently my sister and I both bought new vehicles from Roy Nichols. I bought an Equinox and my sister bought a Trax. Kyla was our salesperson and we found her to be so friendly and efficient. She treated us like family and went out of her way to satisfy us. The next time I buy a new car, I will definitely will search for her.

Recently my wife Nancy and I purchased 2 vehicles from Roy Nichols Motors Ltd,our sales representative was Tom Larocca. Tom gave us excellent service.He was thorough in explaining everything about our automobile. We consider Tom gave us the very best deal that he could. I am 74 and have bought many cars throughout my lifetime,and I consider this the best experience that I have ever had bar none . I dealt with a few other reps there as well and they were also very courteous. Thanks again Tom,we will be back in future.Congrats on your staff Mr.Nichols .Bernie & Nancy Jessome. Oshawa.
