My car was bumped and the back panel was out of place. I drove to the body shop, the guys had a look, grabbed a couple of screw drivers, and popped the panel back in .. Just like nothing happened. They even buffed out the scratches, I tried to pay them, they refused. I've taken my vehicle there for servicing too, what a great team!

Great service!! Service manager was excellent The girls at the service desk helped more then expected. I would recommend there service dept to all My day started with oil everywhere and the smell all thru our car. Mechanics were quick to solve problem get parts swapped out and the shuttle was another great service provided. A snowy bad day turned out not so bad thanks to Art, Melissa and the rest of the staff at Roy Nichols Chevrolet

My service experience was great. My service advisor Melissa was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She kept me informed throughout the service process and did not have any repairs done on my vehicle without my approval. Excellent customer service!
