St. Albert Dodge

I walked into St Albert Dodge, not really looking to purchase a new vehicle, as I was only really wanting to look at what trucks look like currently. I have owned 2 Dodge Ram trucks as they have been extremely reliable. I was meet at the door by Johnathon, and asked how could he help me. I asked where his trucks were and more specifically diesel trucks. He walked me over and showed me what they had on the lot. Due to covid, they didn’t have any Meggas on the lot. We talked about prices and delivery dates as to when, if I was to order a Megga, when I could expect it to be built and delivered. I agreed to the purchase of a new truck based on the price but also on Johnathon level of respect and professionalism regarding the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I have the new Megga in my possession and would 100% refer Johnathon and St Albert Dodge to family and friends. Thank you Johnathon

This is our 8th purchase from St Albert Dodge. Steve Lam is by far the best sales person we have dealt with. Very knowledgeable and up to date on a new vehicle launch of the 21 grande cherokee L summit reserve. All negotiations and delivery of the vehicle were flawless. Suv was spotless. Matt from finance was equally easy to deal with. Shout out to Craig from parts who worked tirelessly to find us winter tires and rims. {beating the winter rush}We have had nothing but 5 star service from all departments on all of our purchases.

Even years after my purchase, he still follows up to check in and make sure everything is going well. His dedication and professionalism are top-notch. Highly recommend!

Had a good shopping experience. Shannon Stuht worked with me to find a deal for a minivan. The staff made sure the van was professionally cleaned and detailed prior to giving me the keys. Shannon was clear and responsive in emails and phone calls and worked hard to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
