I recently financed my first item and it was from St.albert dodge. With the help of Chad Davis I was able to get a beautiful affordable car that I am extremely happy with. He also got it delivered right to my home which is 300+kms away. Thank you so much for the awesome first time experience and amazing vehicle

My two previous Ram 1500’s were bought from Crosstown Chrysler in Edmonton. Both times I was taken advantage of and lost a total of $10K due to salesman not being transparent or forthcoming and providing misleading information. At the time my wife and I decided to take the "extra' packages for oil changes etc. and were informed we had 30 days no questions asked to cancel. Having decided 2 days later we no longer wanted the “extras” the finance manager rudely questioned us for changing our mind even though it was 30-day (no questions asked) return. He even pointed out that he gets paid more when the extras are added and asked us to wait to remove the extras until after the deal was signed. Recently we wanted to upgrade to a Ram 2500. We talked to 5 dealerships. We were looking to do a trade-in and when talking to Capital Chrysler the manager told us they didn’t need our business as they were the top selling dealership and would have no trouble selling their vehicles. After we stressed to them that we were not going to be signing a deal that day, they continued to pressure us into signing one with a low trade-in value for my current truck. Since they did not need our business, we decided to go to another dealership that would value our business. For someone who didn’t want or need our business it’s rather ironic that they kept calling to see if we wanted to make a deal. They came with 4 different offers on our truck and still fell short more than $4000 of what St. Albert Dodge offered us. Out of the 5 other dealerships we went to St Albert Dodge gave us the best trade-in value for our truck (we got our original purchase value including the GST) and that was on the 1st offer they gave us not the 2nd, 3rd or 4th. They have been amazing through the whole process. Both Shannon Stuht and TJ Fiddler has been phenomenal to work with. We never felt pressured, they listened to us, provided us with all the information we asked for, and gave exceptional customer service. Out of all the dealerships we went to in the Edmonton and surrounding areas St Albert Dodge is by far the friendliest and most authentic of any dealership we have dealt with. I would recommend them and would highly suggest working with Shannon and TJ.

I just bought a new Jeep from St. Albert Dodge and they went the lengths to get me into my what I was wanting. They were very accommodating to do the majority of the work over the phone and through emails. I thank all their staff for all their efforts.

I recently financed a vehicle from St. Albert Dodge and my overall experience was great. Stephen Lam helped me pick out the vehicle that best fit my budget and needs. He was very accommodating, informative and not at all pushy! The whole process was quick and easy.

My girlfriend I purchased a car from Ralph at this dealership. Our initial experience was quick and easy. Ralph went above and beyond to make we got what we wanted. We had some slight hiccups after the purchase but he stayed on top and got it sorted out. Not one of those guys that will write you off after the purchase. I highly recommend seeing him!

Once my funding had gone through I was completely ignored by the finance guy and salesman. Took 4 weeks to get my registration back and to have a bed cover installed. Which I had been told was in for weeks. Even other managers would not return my call. Would not send anyone to buy from here again

Once the funding went through for my truck the finance guy and salesman disappeared. Took 4 weeks to get my registration back. And the same amount of time to get the work done in my truck that was promised. I finally had to call others to get this done. And even that took a while. As other managers would not return my calls either. Thank you to the guy that finally stepped up to help me out!! Can’t see myself, or telling anyone I know to shop here.

Overall great buying experience. I was dealing with Chad in sales and was able to get me the deal I wanted on a used vehicle they had in stock. Fast and easy to deal with. Finance department was great as well. One small issue with the truck as I drove away and they jumped right on it to get it fixed. 5 out of 5 in my books

Chad Davis is very professional, accomodating, we felt the client care, and he is not pushy. He worked around our crazy budget (hehe) and still able to gave us a GREAT deal of what we wanted. Unbelieveable. We are very happy with his service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
