Stephen rocked it for us. We took our time Finding the right truck and he was right there with us. We took the lead in the sales process and he followed our lead. He was helpful and not at all pushy. Knowledgable and resourceful. Huge thanks to him for making this a great experience!

There wasn't much work for Steve (salesperson) as I'd already researched and knew exactly what I wanted. However, there was no BS. I got to test the vehicle, negotiate a price and this was all done in an hour and everything went seamlessly. After sales interaction and support have been excellent and I'm sure it will continue so.

Steve Lam was extremely polite and informative. A pleasure to deal with and was quickly able to answer any questions we had. Helped us feel comfortable and not rushed. We never felt pressured into a sale. After the sale he was available and more that willing to answer any and questions that we thought of later.

Fantastic shopping experience! The team is very helpful and friendly, and I got exactly what I was looking for in my new vehicle! Chad Davis was great about making sure I got everything I needed and all my questions were answered. We will certainly be recommending him to others!

I helped build the new building and purchased a compass was a overall great experience... I went back for a another vechicle and was very happy again until now. Something is not right with my new vechicle. I talked with the head service manager last fri he said he would call me Monday.. So there was just a misunderstanding or something. Chris called me we are going to be working on the problem.. Thank you Chris. Update. First, huge shout out to Chris, Mark and Chad.. Thanks to the staff and everyone involved. Now have piece of mind after being at dodge this morning and dealing with Mark (mechanic). Great job all and thanks for all your input and help. Will be comming back to purchase my third from you all. Cheers

PUSH THE EASY BUTTON! Curtis Nykyforuk made this expierience wonderful in every way! I highly recommend this dealer ship and dealing with him! We have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealer ships and have never been treated how we we were treated at St Albert Dodge. We also never fully trusted what we were getting in the past. Buying used is scary and we know that our Son and ourselves have been set up for success!
