I had an amazing journey thru St Albert Dodge. I walked around their lot looking and ended up meeting Hubert. An amazing professional sales person who helped me to buy my 2018 Ford Escape. Hubert knew his stuff and very educated and knowledgeable on his profession. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy , by Hubert or anyone. Hubert was more like I friend as we chatted personally about many topics. St Albert Dodge stepped up on my trade and I got my Escape thousands below market price. Basically 4x better vehicle than I had , at the same price. A few curves in the road on this journey... However , Brad and TJ made it right. Which made me happy and proves they cared about me as a person rather than just a number on this journey. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and smiled topping off this journey. I thank everyone at St Albert Dodge for this experience. I fully recommend Hubert and St Albert Dodge for all your Vehicle and Service needs.

When my husband and I went to St. Albert Dodge, we drove around the lot quickly and then decided to get out and walk the lot. While we were doing that the salesmen let us have our space to look and never came up, he let us approach him when we were ready. Terry (salesmen) answered all of our questions and when we faced him with a few challenges went above and beyond with the sales manager to make a deal that worked for us. Going into the finance office to sign the papers with Matt the next morning was an easy laid back experience as well. Any question about terms and amounts he took the time to give all the info so we could make the decision that worked best for us. These 2 men went above and beyond to make mine and my husband's experience one we will never forget at a dealership and I HIGHLY recommend dealing with these too. You will not be let down. Thank you again Terry and Matt.

Update: Service department drops the stars down big time. Oil changes should not take 1.5hours. Especially with a scheduled appointment. Paul was a great guy to work with. Very up front and we made a deal where everyone was happy. Much better location too compared to their old location 👏🏼👏🏼

Highly recommended...Simon is our sales man he is very helpful.. trying to get what is best for us. He is very professional and also funny. We went home with the new vehicle right away.. Best place to go to buy a vehicle.

Our experience began online with contact from Simon Singh. The information he was able to give us was right on, and true...even including a short video of the truck. Simon was the real deal with his personality, professionalism, and willingness to work with us to get a good, fair deal done that we were comfortable with. Daylan in finance was also very thorough, explained all the details and took care of us. After looking at other dealerships for the past 8 months+, this place was far ahead of anything else we had visited. This place is comfortable, clean, and everyone was courteous. They have made it hard to go anywhere else now after this experience. If you're looking for a vehicle, we would highly recommend St. Albert Dodge. Go see Simon.

Was contacted by shannon about possibly taking in my current vehicle and decided to go in to see what they have. Shannon was friendly, upbeat and very accommodating. He managed to find a vehicle I was happy with on his first try and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure it would fit in my budget. Everyone I dealt with while I was there was great.

DO NOT BUY PRE OWNED HERE!!!! They don’t do amvic inspections properly and skip many aspects. I bought my Golf R here and 2 things I mentioned from the test drive that they missed yet, they said were fine. Struts and transmission. Currently, my vehicle is sitting in a shop for god knows how long waiting for work to be done that dodge skipped out of doing. I was impressed with the sales team, but I’m NOT happy with the service department.
